We've had one provider for our entire course of care (which is almost unheard of in home health these days!); our nurse has been available to answer all our questions, and has stayed in touch not only with us (which is very helpful as we live in PA), but also Mom's physicians and pharmacists. Living out of state and caring for aging parents is a challenge, and DHM has been beyond helpful in keeping Mom independent in her own home
